What happens when I onboard my third brand?

You automatically move to Silver tier and unlock partner pricing plus the Agency Hub. We'll reach out to discuss your specific rates and build out the multi-client tools you need.

How does partner pricing work?

Partner rates are based on your portfolio size and discussed during onboarding. The more brands you manage, the better the rates. We don't publish specific numbers. Reach out or apply to learn more.

How quickly can I get approved?

You don't need approval to get started. Just sign up. Partner applications for Silver+ tiers are reviewed within 2-3 business days.

What's included in the Agency Hub?

The Agency Hub gives your team one place to manage unlimited client brands, with isolated views, permissions, and billing for each brand. Aggregated reporting, team management, and client-ready exports support the portfolio workflow. White-label arrangements are handled case by case.

Do my clients know I'm a partner?

That's up to you. At Gold tier+, you can white-label the platform to remove our branding entirely. Or maintain transparency about the partnership. Whatever works best for your client relationships.

How does billing work for multiple clients?

Each client brand is billed separately based on their usage and plan. Your partner rates apply to every account. This keeps unit economics clean and makes client upgrades straightforward.

Can I manage client accounts directly?

Yes, partners get admin access to client accounts for setup, configuration, and ongoing management. Role-based permissions ensure appropriate access levels.

What happens if I drop below a tier's minimum?

Partner tiers are reviewed quarterly. If you drop below tier minimums, you'll have 90 days to add clients or adjust to the appropriate tier. We work with partners to find solutions.
